Refund & Cancellation
Review the fee payment policies, participant cancellation terms, and refund processing guidelines of TSports High Performance Centre.
TSports High Performance Centre strives to maintain a transparent, fair, and professional enrolment process for all trainees and campus members.
1. Fee Terms
- Program registrations are officially confirmed only after receiving the prescribed advance fee payment.
- Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the following charges are strictly non-refundable:
- One-time registration fees
- Admission and processing fees
- Pre-enrolment physical assessment charges
2. Cancellation by Participant
- All cancellation and withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email to
contact@tsportscentre.com. - Refund eligibility or adjustments for term fees will be assessed based on the specific program curriculum and the notice period provided.
- Individual sessions missed due to personal reasons (including holidays or academic schedules) are not eligible for cash refunds or carry-forward credits, unless approved under exceptional medical grounds with supporting doctor certificates.
3. Cancellation by TSports
If TSports cancels a program batch, camp, or event due to operational reasons, bad weather, or coach unavailability, we will offer suitable make-up sessions, program credits, or pro-rata refunds at our discretion.
4. Force Majeure
TSports is not liable for program delays, court cancellations, or refunds arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, flooding, state regulations, public health curfews, or power failures.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
Once a refund request is officially approved by management, the transaction will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 14 to 21 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
